Yoga helps a lot in gaining concentration. Meditation is a good therapy. Also, the best trick atleast for me, is spending some time with God... alone in a silent room. Concentrating on His miracles and thanking Him for His strength & trust in me... it works really!.... It is also a worshipping as also an exercise. Train the mind with positive thoughts....
