Make a habbit of doing daily exercise, it is fundamental to a persons to health. Remember you need a minimum of 2 hours of exercise a week in at least 3 to 4 sessions of 45 to 30 minutes each. This keeps your body slim. Avoid excessive oily and fat food intake, your apetite should be enriched with protiens, vitamins, fresh vegetable, fruits, etc..
When a person is fit, naturally he looks smart. It is quite obvious that slim people are more physically active than heavy weight people. Being active improves both mental and physical health.
