it depends where you stay in mumbai, if you're located in suburbs than khar rd and bandra will solve the purpose and if you're in central than nakhuda mohalla will be best, anyways it is the best place for clothes!

may be you try at musafirkhana near manish market, huge collections and imported dress materials only for salwar kameez. near G.P.O, near vt station.

u can get the good dress material at any mall in mumbai for party wear n if u want a good one go to nashik there the material for dress are awesome....
