first of all take shop and apply for drug license,since you, youself is a qualified phamacist there is no need to appoint one.Drug license will be issued on the address given by you.there are other fomalities like you must have a place to keep expired medicines to be returned by earliest,refrigerator to keep certain inj.and medicines on a particular temp.rest of the rules will be informed to you by the drug inspector of your area.
