You need to have nice place with rush. After that you have to obtain corporation license. Once you have this you have to invest one lac rupees, if the place is better you need to invest more. If you advertise for man power you will get good man power.

Since U no nothing of the hotel business, its better U either do a course from Industrial Training Institute / Polytechnics in Hotel Mgt. This would enable U to know the nitty gritty of the business & how to run ur business successful. At the end of the course U are made to submit a project report, if U do well both during the course & presentation of ur project, U would be able to get the recommendation for financing for ur business, any help / advice U need from the institute to plan & run ur business.
