s teps to be followed:

1. You have to fill form 49A online and submit the form.
2.On confirmation, an acknowledgment will be displayed. The acknowledgment will contain a unique 15 digit acknowledgment no.
3. You have to save and print the acknowledgment.
4.You have to take a colour photograph of stamp size and affix it in the acknowledgment printout you have taken. With a black colour ball point pen you have to sign below the photo affixed.
5.The fee is rs.67/-(sixty seven rupees only)
6. You can make the payment either by demand draft, cheque or credit card.
7.Demand draft should be drawn in favour of "NSDL-PAN" PAYABLE AT MUMBAI.
THE ACKNOWLEDGMENT NUMBER TO BE MENTIONED ON THE REVERSE OF THE DD OR

CHEQUE.

If you type pancard in google you will get the links of pan office. Once you get you can apply directly in online. I got only like this method. Even if I give link it will not work for you.
