Neutral English is related with the pronountiation of the enlish words that is the accent.
Neutral accent is nothing but a kinda pronounciation which could be understood by any English speaker around the world .

I THINK YOU WANTED TO ASK ABOUT IT IS NEUTRAL ACCENT OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE .

A NEUTRAL ACCENT MEANS (NOT ONLY IN ENGLISH) means that the speaker's origin cannot be determined. For example, British, canadian, usa and Australian english share common grammar, but one can easily distinguish between the four because of the unique accents.

Accent means the way we sign our talk. Every person according to the linguistic influences they had, going to speak in a different way. The exposure in the way that we talk come from in first instance by family members, but after country and personal effort.

INDIAN call centres train their employees with neutral accent of English language. Its like can an american speak an Indian language with perfect Indian accent? no. Similarly no indian could suddenly learn and speak american accent. Moreover, most of the people in India could understand and feel free with neutral accent only.

If you have seen BBC thats British Accent, Most of the Holly woood movies have U.S. Accent... Watch Discovery and you would find the nuteral accent. Thats the nuteral and correct accent.

As far as I understand its the accent thats called neutral when it comes to language.

English is global and is used in almost everyother place and when it comes to spoken english the accent changes from place to place. For e.g. English spoken in USA has a differnt accent when compared to the one used in UK.

These accents changes from place to place based on many factors like culture and the native language of that place etc.

Now neutral English is the english which is spoken without any accent. i.e. without any influene of any other language i.e in other words pure form of english how it should be pronounced.
