CC is cubic capacity of a engine.. this is the area of the cube (engine ) in which the fuel is combusted and power is generated..
let me give the details ..
in small engines i.e, 100cc bikes there will be a small engine where the pistion will be smaller and the fuel used will be smaller and the power generated will be less ..
when the cc of a engine is raised to 150 then the area of the combustion will be more, more of fuel intake and the power generated will be more ..
if the power generated is more then automaticlly the speed of the engine will go high as the load carrying capacity of it grows..
this is divided between the gears and the speed as well as the pic up of the bike grows..
thats all
