cc is a measuring unit of cylenders.it means cubic capicity.

CC means Cubic Centimeter means volume or capacityIt means more the CC more the power

Veeresh if you are strong enough to control the 150cc bike ,best bike i prefer is pulsar......dont go for a Apache .....coz its very short in height ..... according to ur height ..... and bikes for a bike which is good in length like Cbz extreme, bajaj pulsar 150, 180, 200, 220, and honda unicorn. but there is one more choice u had its New Hero Honda hunk.
