For a Motorcycle without gear licence what CC Two wheelers can i drive. Laws are under what section of the act?  

rahul hundoo u are wrong... there is no licensce required to drive a vehicle below 50cc. Motor cycle without gear licence is applicable to all gearless vehicles.

For a Licence issued for the catagory of 'Motorcycle Without Gear' you can only ride a Motorcycle / Moped / Scooter with Engine Capacity not Exceeding 50 CC.

The Act comes under Motor Vehicle Act & Central Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989 under Act 54 of 1994, Section 4, for "A Motorcycle Without Gear" (w.e.f. 14-11-1994)

In gearless category, you can ride any vehicle without gear. Aas the maximum cc limit is 150cc and only Honda Dio comes with 150cc and there is no other vehicle more than 150cc to ride in India you need not worry, but make sure its a gearless scooter.
