Is there any law for the colours of Number Plates in Vehical? Can I have Red background with White letters on my Bike?  

No you cannot have your choice of number plates. Only white and yellow board are allowed in India. White for the personal vehicle and yellow for the commertial vehicle.

yes dude!
supreme court had ordered to apply that rule. black no. with yellow plate is for commercial vehicles and so on the other type of vehicles given different type of no plates. u cant do the no plate with white letteres on red plate.

yes hear is law about the background and the colour of letters you can only choose the white background with black letters this is international rool about the private vehicals and for the taxis you have to choose yellow background with black letters

The number plates of the vehicles should be white background with black letters, the background colour would be yellow in case the vehicle is used as a taxi

Dear, there is nothing but many companys and govt. org. registered his brand and a identication and that ruls banned the public uses. if u want some change then my suggesion is that in no. plate only u change fonts and give yallowies back goround with dark black lines on your petrol tank and shockup covers(both side) and give a shining nevy blue on seat and other covers. On head light if u have any space then use plastic paint of fad golden back and brown lines (curvy) and if u want give any name to your bike then paint ' KING of QUEENS'artitialy on any where u like.

Yes, there is rule for the same. White plate with black letters is for private vehicles. Yellow plate with balck letters is for commercials.
To use red plate and white letters you need to come to Nepal where it is allowed for private vehicles.

No, you can't paint your registration Plate with any colours you want.
According to the Law if you are using a private vehicle , it should be compulsory having Black Fonts with a White Background.
The size of the fonts should also be standard

Yes there is law. You can have your numbers in black on white background only. Comercial vehicle can use black on yellow. Avoid any other colors.

There is Law and which says Black Bakground and white numbers in case of PRivate vehicle for taxi color is yellow , but you know in our country how many people respect law theirself and how many even forcibly.
