no it isnt possible to fit the CNG without registration....Yes! it is necessary to get it registered darling becoz it is seen that unregistered CNG kit can blast any time in your car leaving you are cought with cng or lpg kit very heavy fine...yes, it is possible to ge CNG fitting with getting it registered. Traffic police or insurance people may trouble you in case they find it out. pls be careful

to get a kit installed for LPG or a Cng kit remember both kits are different. you cant run your car on LPG if you have CNG kit installed and vice versa....there no method of you convert cng/lpg kitNo, you cant change a disel car into a CNG OR LPG kit.
