Hi.
Most of the carrer in Accounts would require you to have a post graduate degree like an MBA in Finance or a CFA or a CFP. We would therefore recommend that you do look at adding some educational qualification in the finance field, you can consider One-year, Post-graduate Programme in Basic Business Finance or a Two-year, Post-graduate Programme in Management of Business Finance from The Indian Institute of Finance, eligibility : you must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognised university or institution. You must have a minimum overall aggregate of 60 percent. You must have at least three years of work experience, ICFAI also offers a wide range of courses through distance learning like PG Diploma Programs (1 year Courses) Finance programs: Business Finance, Strategic finance and control, Financial Engineering, Investment and Tax planning. 2. Accounting Management: Accounting, Forensic Accounting, Accounting standard and US GAAP, Information System Audit. Although you have experience in this field but if you want to make a career and are looking at growing in it we would once again suggest that you do add some relevant educational qualification. All the best.
