give it out for free.......... and if that does not work give two in the place of one........... n if that does not work, break down the doors of people who do no subscribe to the paper, like all the kamatis are doing!!!!!!!!!

Well you will have to first of all create interest among the local people: For that you may have to start something intersting in the newspaper so as to attract people's attention.

Otherwise you may organise a camp which emphasises on learning your native language so as to attract people towards Marathi.

Another thing I would suggest is try grabbing a few Youngsters in your area and asking them how they would do such a thing ; they could have good answers for you .
