Both will survive the final battle. According to the prophecy Voldemort will be vanquished and hence not necessarily killed. So my bet is that both Harry and Voldemort survive, but Voldy's existence will be nothing like life.

afcourse harry and voldy both are gonna die. the horcrux is inside harry too. so he definately has to die if voldy has to die.
