if u have either of coupon no. or acknowledgement no. u can check it online in UTI or NSDL - where u have applied...call to the office where you had applied for it.for more assistance took some views.......ho u applied just gone there to the office.it willb difficult for u to search.but dont cut loose go to the office and verify whether urs a regstered r not.if not have to apply.but remember provision
