is currently going through a stagnation. not many flats are selling nowadays... prices are stagnant and in some places even dropping... so good time to buy if you are really looking for a home to buy and live in....yes its a very good time to buy a flat... in banglore...yes now the bangalore is dveloping as much better than before so i feel buying a flat ion bangalore is very very good...no...It is already a bit late

for rental purpose u may go for 2bhk flat only, easy to find tanent and effortable by middle class family, 3bhk will be costly for u and may not get tanent easily as rental value will be high, further it also depend upon the area where u want to purchase new flat...3 BHK is better to be purchased. 2 BHK is of less choice of those, who want to take on rent. -- generally transferable officers.
