Garnier and loreal are one of the good eye creams. But only these creams cant help much. You have to correct your lifestyle.
-Take balanced diet and rich food.
-Sleep for 8 hours
-Just check that you are working or studying in proper light.
-Save your eyes from sun rays, wear sun glasses and also apply sun screen lotion in a day time.
-Take plenty of water and fresh fruit juices. Carrot juice is very good for eyes.
-Put cucumber slices or potato slices on the eyes regularly.
-Massage with ring finger with almond oil and apply honey.
-Stop the habit of worrying.

1-You can use Honey Mask.You make honey mask at home .Add 1 spoon honey + some drops olive oil +1 egg make a paste and apply your face wash after 30 minutes.
2-1 tbsp mashed papaya Mix and put on face for 20 minutes then rinse off.they have your skin wrinkles free.
4- -You can use "Garnier wrinkles left ".
5-You can use "Fair and lovely dark circle remove cream" or "Garnier Light under eye cream".
6-cucumber is better for eyes .They will remove black marks under eyes . cucumber giving eyes freshness .If you remove black marks under eyes then you should rub potato peace on your eyes You look your under eyes marks removed.

You will find lots of creams of different company which are not helpful at all. I believe in home remedies and healthy life style, which definitely give desired results.
-Take balanced diet and plenty of water. The diet should be rich in iron. Take green vegetables in plenty.
-Take grades cucumber and put them on your eyes everyday. You can also take potato. Used cold tea bags are the another very good option. It will not only fade the dark circles but also sooth your eyes.
-Save your eyes from light (reflection) Sitting in front of computer for a long time can be harmful for the eyes. Take break in between. Close your eyes for 2 minutes and put your palm on it.
-Use sun glasses. Save your eyes from sun light.
-Sleep for 7-8 hours.
-Stop worrying.
