Wash your face with a mild facial scrub as one or two times a day. You can use a facial scrub which has a cooling effect. For men, you can use this facial product as your shaving agent. Wash the face with light strokes, just like applying lotion on your skin. Don't stretch! Massage once a week to loosen dirt and impurities from your skin.
Try to keep your hair out of your face as much as possible. If you have bangs, keep them off your forehead with a cute hair clip or headband. Keep your hair clean so excess oil doesn't get on your face, if your hair does happen to touch your face.
Use a mild facial toner. You can buy a product with Zeroil which is a good oil controlling agent and papaya extract, any whitening content to prevent dark spots or Hydrogen Peroxide 3% solution. Hydrogen Peroxide is not drying and it kills bacteria. Don't rub! Just pat or wipe the cotton upwards and outwards.
Take supplementary in-takes such as Vitamin E, or GrapeSeed Extract. They are good anti-oxidants which contribute to skin rejuvenation. This can prevent scarring. Doxycyline is also good. As an antibiotic it lessens the protein in the bacteria, and stops pimples from multiplying.
If you notice greasiness on the surface of your face, you can use a piece of clean plain paper to remove the oil. Don't rub, just blot the oily portion of your face. This will also prevent your foundation from caking. You don't want to attract bacteria to feed on your oily face.
Use an oil-free sunscreen, even if not exposed to sun. UV rays are everywhere.
