A person with a wheatish complexion must wear light colored clothes like all the pastel colors. Loud or too bright colors must absolutely be avoided. The basic mantra is to dress well and be well groomed and more importantly dress according to the occassion always. Never overdo anything.And you will definitely look good and attractive.
