Its all about glamour, fashion. does it mean that girl with panty-line over the jeans to love a boy just with no sense. love has got to do with affection,bonding,trust. l would say girls are not shameless its those people who have a vulgure attitude towards a women who wants to dress the way she likes for fashion purposes which is unacceptable to many and to those who are religious fanatics. It also depends on the situation where girls often go beyond the dressing outfits.

Displaying of the panty line over the jeans , does not make any guy fall in love, but it may just turn on a guy sexually.
It also depends on what the girl is wearing as panties or over the panties. Boys love when a girl's thong or gstring panties show through a sheer pair of pants.
People may call it shameless as the panty is actually a undergarment and not meant to display.
But the society today , specially in the higher class does not see this as a taboo & for them it's a part of fashion & glamor.

How can you say , such a girl may not be interested in falling in love at all .Or they may do it to keep such boys at bay . There are boys who too do the same wearing jeans that so ultra-low-waist . Do they bother whether well-dressed girls will fall in love with them or not .
