my tummy is very out iam 19 ears old my my tummy comes out of my top can u suggest me how can i tuk m tummy

you need to first exercise regularly and work on your ab's....do not consider a medical procedure at such a young age its not advisable..you should First drink plenty of water..do crunches...sit-ups etc...get advice from a physical fitness trainer if you feel what your doing alone is ineffective

Without exercise and diet it is not possible to reduce the body fat. Start jogging/ walking or cycling for about 30 minutes a day and also do abdominal crunches and weight training exercises. You must avoid all sorts of junk food, oily fatty and processed food.

if ur lazy like me then just get up in the morning offcourse u will get up with empty tummy.boil water&add half piece of lemon&some honey &drink it.

An outgrown tummy, especially at a young age of 19 can be a problem, & you must get rid of it before you become obese. There are several tummy tucking exercises which you must do religiously every morning. Yoga will also be very useful. You can do ab crunches. Never go for any tummy tucking exercise machines that are advertised on television. Just follow a rigorous exercise routine.

do stretching exercise .... try to tuk ur stomach in for as much tym as u can ... dont let it out loosely ... drink loadz of water .... helps to dilute fat ....
