But, don't try situps and crunches.. that works on the muscles, but not extra fluff fat.
just do aerobic work, like running or jumping jacks.
Is it fat or skin?
try getting the skin tighter with gels, that could work.
if you still try situps, do the ones where you twist to the sides.
