Apply cucumber & lime juice mixture around the eye leave it for some time & wash it off for dark circles. For glowing healthy skin a good sleep or at least 6-8 hrs is a must & no late nights, drink plenty of water, fruit juice, eat fruits & a well balanced diet & no junk food. For nail a good well balanced diet, rich in protein & vitamin A, C, E & Calcium. Drink plenty of water & fruit juice, whole grain, broccoli, onion & fish are good for healthy nails. All the Best !
