The complexion often become dark if one sits or moves in direct sun light for prolonged period of time. Sun tans the body skin. The complexion can be improved by using natural household things.
-Apply a mixture of equal amounts of lemon and cucumber juice on the face and whole body. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash off
-Apply a mixture of equal amounts of cucumber juice and honey on the face and whole body. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash off.
-Have plenty of water and 8 hour sleep
-Also take balanced diet

Apply the mixture of honey and milk on the face . This will make your skin glow.Or you could mix half-a-cup honey to your bath water for soft and smooth. Drink loads of water and eat a healthy diet.

MAKE A PASTE USING BESAN ,LIME JUICE (ONE TEASPOON)AND CUCUMBER JUICE.APPLY ON YOUR FACE .WASH OFF WHEN IT DRIES.

MAKE A PASTE USING MILK POWDER ,FIVE GROUND ALMONDS AND ROSEWATER.APPLY ON YOUR FACE.WASH OFF AFTER TEN MINUTES.

SOAK TAMARIND ROOTS IN WATER OVERNIGHT.IN THAT WATER MAKE A PASTE USING SUFFECIENT BESAN.APPLY ON YOUR FACE AND HANDS TILL IT DRIES.WASH OFF WITH COLD WATER.

If you make your glowing and younger then you should take balanced diet(Salad,juice, fruits, vegetable ,and green leafy vegetable ,dry fruits,)and drink a lot of water because balanced diet and water is more important for our body and skin. Drink 10-12 glass of water everyday. Water removes the toxins from the body and refreshes your skin and makes in glow. Water hydrates your skin and keeps it supple. Reduce the oil intake in your diet Avoid oily food. Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid drugs, alcohol and oils.
You should do 1 hour Yoga.Yoga can play an important role in maintaining a fine balance between work and healthy mind and skin.
1-You can use sandal face pack once a week.
2-Take regular facials every month with bleach. Use sunscreen lotion in a day time.
3-You should use home made Ubtan once a week.
Make a paste from 1cup beson+1 spoon turmeric+2 spoon gulaberi +1 spoon lemon juice +milk cream and apply whole body, leave for 10 minutes and clean it with simple water .
This is very useful for fairer and glowing skin.

u can use any turmeric cream in night after cleaning ur face properly use this way for atleast 15 days u will find ur skin has became fair n glowing and always use sunscream before 15 minutes going out in sun ..
