To cover up from pimples, follow these tips:

Clean your face with a cleanser and apply an oil-free lotion before you apply make up to conceal your pimple.
Pick a concealer, foundation or some powder, which matches your skin tone perfectly well.
Apply foundation with your finger tips. Dab the area infected with a pimple but do not stroke it. Just dab to make it blend well with your face. Use the foundation on your neck as well to give the similar skin color throughout.
Apply concealer on your pimple and dab it on as well as around it on the sides.
The last step is to apply a little bit of powder over the pimple. Make sure you also apply the powder over your face to give it a balanced look.
Take care that you do not end up highlighting your pimple instead of hiding it. Do not apply too much of make up over your pimple. Just adhere to the norms given and you are perfectly ready to move out despite having a pimple on your face!

Don't pop that pimple right away. Popping a pimple prematurely, before you can see the puss about to burst the skin, can cause a mild skin infection, a cyst (by pushing the infection further down into the pore), or even worse, a terrible scar. Wait until you can see the yellow puss about to break through the skin.

Prepare for a small surgical pimple removing procedure. You'll need a small sewing needle, a bottle of alcohol, some gauze (or a small band-aid), and some warm water. Some people think you'll need to run a needle through a flame. This isn't Dr. Quinn Medicine woman. Rubbing alcohol will do.
Wash your face and hands before attempting to pop the pimple. Washing your face and hands ensures that all makeup, oils, germs and bacteria are no longer near the pimple you're about to burst. Also, dip a majority of the needle in the alcohol, and for safe measure apply some of that alcohol to your fingers and the pimple--dabbing with some gauze to dry the area.
Prick the white part of the pimple very lightly with the tip of your needle. Once you've done that, put two small squares of gauze on either side of the pimple and apply pressure with two fingers to ensure that the remaining puss is squeezed out of the pore, retaining pressure until clear liquid appears. When clear liquid or blood appears, you'll know the pimple is gone.
Wipe the pimple clean with an alcohol soaked gauze pad. It'll sting a little, but that's a good thing. The alcohol will kill most of the bacteria in and around the wound, helping you to avoid an infected pimple. If you wish, you can put a small, sterile bandaid on the area or cover it with an antibacterial concealer.

If you get rid of pimples then you can follow these tips --
1-Mix 10 grams juice of white onions with 5 grams honey and 1 gram rock salt and apply on pimples.
2-Take a little each of rice, poppy-seeds & almonds and grind to a fine powder and mix it with 2 tablespoons of curd and apply to your face. Allow it to dry for 10 minutes and then wash it off and see your skin glow and the pimple marks fade away slowly.
3-Warm honey and mix gram flour and apply this paste to face. Wash with warm water after it dries.
4-Take out the fat from the curd and apply this curd to pimple and face and take shower after 15 minutes.
5-Tulsi is a great medicine. Grindtulsi leaves and apply on pimples.
6-- Reduce the oil intake in your diet. Avoid oily food. Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid drugs, alcohol and oils. You drinking 10-12 glass water daily.

This will help you,

1. Home-Made Face Pack: Smash 2 raw bananas & mix 1 tbsp honey. Apply & wash after 20 mins.
2. Be careful of alcohol-based lotions. They dehydrate the skin.
3. Got oily skin? Remember, use water based cosmetics.
4. Pimples: Apply curd mixed with a little turmeric. Wash after 20 mins.
5. Clean ur face with mild soap, face wash, or better still, with besan.
6. Get rid of those swelling pimples: Apply raw papaya juice.
7. Oily skin? Use oil blotting sheets & thus, u can avoid powder, foundation, etc.
