Beauty is anything that makes a person feel peace and love deep in heart ! A glow that never ends.
beauty means that makes you happy not only to your senses but also to your spirit. like the design from the God for a human is beautiful. symmetrical body two ears, two eyes.........here this design gives happiness not only to the senses but also to the spirit. like if you are making a temple , then design the temple in such a way that will give pleasure to you, here again that beauty will give pleasure to both your spirit and sences.
so overall beauty is the quality of something which gives pleasure to you. Beauty to me is not only physically but inner beauty. Beauty as in inner is to come forth and shine and those who see that inner beauty will find that your outer beauty is just as beautiful as what you have portrayed in your inner beauty. TIPS FOR BE BEAUTIFUL

Step1 Never Compare: Each one of us is individual and complex in our own way for a reason. That is how we were made to be. So, what sense would it make to compare ourselves with the attributes of others? Know right now that you are unique.


Step2 Polish your character: Ever heard of some one having such an ugly soul that it transcends their outer appearance? That just goes to show how much of an impact our kind or terrible demeanor has on our physical aspects. Be loving and kind, have poise, be true to your self and have an over all positive out look.


Step3 Smile: It's been proven that people who smile and give off happy vibes attract more people. Make it a habit to smile, even if your day didn't start off so great. You'd be surprised how your facial expressions can rub off on your mood.


Step4 Have healthy habits: Since beauty is something that does in fact come from within, it's every part important to take care of your body. Eat nutritional foods, exercise and get adequate amounts of rest. The inner good you do for your self will show in the outer effortlessly.

Step5 Zero in on your talents: What are things that you do wonderfully and are good at? Focus and remember them every day. Knowing that you have special skills will do awesome things for your self esteem

However another important aspect of being beautiful is to feel beautiful in yourself.

And to feel beautiful in yourself you first need to convince yourself that you are beautiful.

So here's what you do. Go to a quiet place where you won't be disturbed and close your eyes.

Imagine that you are beautiful and gorgeous, and everyone is complementing you on your looks. Store up that feeling and bottle it in your head.

Then, whenever you enter a situation where you may be nervous or want to feel confident, quickly recall that feeling in your head and tell yourself over 'I am beautiful, I am beautiful'.

You will find this gives you added confidence in that situation and if you act and feel beautiful, that is all there is to beauty - nothing else besides!
