A faulty diet and mental worries are the two primary causes of premature greying of hair. Other causes of premature greying of hair are an unclean condition of the scalp, washing the hair with hot water, drying it with an electric dryer, and use of hair dyes. Heredity is also a cause of it.
-Intake of curry leaves is beneficial in preventing premature greying of hair. These leaves have the property of providing strength to hair roots. New hair roots that grow are healthier and contain a normal pigment. The leaves can be used in the form of chutney, or may be squeezed in buttermilk. When the leaves are boiled in coconut oil, the oil forms an excellent hair tonic to stimulate hair growth and bring back hair pigmentation.
-The butter made from cow's milk has the property of preventing premature greying of hair. A little quantity may be massaged into the hair roots twice a week.
-Diet is of utmost importance in the prevention and treatment of premature greying of hair.
-Avoid junk food and soft drinks. These foods take away energy, cause wrinkles, unattractive skin, grey hair, and premature old age.
-Massage of the scalp with almond oil is also good.

Very simple.Soak a handful of dried AMLA, not powder,in a iron pot,in the night.Water would be jet black in mornin. pour this in a bucket, and mix 7-8 mugs of water & keep aside.Shampoo hair, wash off shampoo. now pour this black water on your hair 10 to 15 times.
Now again wash yor hair with plain water only.
Do this once in a week and you will never have grey hair even at the age of 80.

1-Soak about 200 grams of reetha in four glasses of water. Leave overnight. Next morning, boil the mixture for 10 to 15 minutes. Squash the reetha seeds and strain the water. Apply to the hair and wash with simple water .
2-Massage into the scalp and hair honey with egg yolk. Leave for a 1/2 hour, then rinse.
3-Massaging your hair and scalp from coconut oil and wash your hair with mild shampoo after 1 hour.You get your hair very lustrous .
4-You can use "Ratan's ayurvedic Kesh verdan".
5- You should eat 1amla daily . if you want your hair to look healthy or shine you should take protein,vitamins,iron,calcium So you eat more green vegetable,fresh fruits ,milk,cheese,egg and drink a lot of water.
6-Add Nupur heena powder+1egg+amla .Apply your hair and wash after 2 hours.Its use once a week.

if you have a family history of early greying, there is little you can do about it. If it is because of a vitamin deficiency, your doctor may prescribe vitamin tablets.


Remember popping multi-vitamin tablets without a doctor's supervision will not help stop the greying.

Apart from this, following a balanced, nutritious and healthy diet will also help.

You can include vegetables like cabbage and spinach in your diet which may help in delaying the process to some extent.

Avoid junk food and soft drinks as they may also contribute to the greying.

Take time out for yourself if you are facing too much stress.

If you are not comfortable with hair colour, you can hide your grey by applying Henna on your hair.

You can also try to burn some curry leaves in coconut oil and when it turns black, you can apply it on your hair, leave it on for sometime and then wash.

Burning Amarnath leaves, amla leaves (gooseberry leaves) or Gulmohar flowers and mixing them with coconut oil and applying on your hair also reduces premature greying

well shiny Premature Greying of Hair treatment using Indian Gooseberry
The use of Indian gooseberry is the foremost among the home remedies found beneficial in the prevention and treatment of premature greying of hair. This is a valuable hair tonic for enriching hair growth and hair pigmentation.

The fruit, cut into pieces, should be dried, preferably in shade. These pieces should be boiled in
coconut oil till the solid matter becomes like charred dust. This darkish oil is very useful against premature greying.

The oil should then be boiled till the solid is reduced to a blackened residue. This oil should be
massaged into the scalp. It will help enrich the hair roots and restore pigment to the hair.

Premature Greying of Hair treatment using Butter
The butter made from cow's milk has the property of preventing premature greying of hair. A small roll may be taken internally and a little quantity may be massaged into the hair roots twice a week.

Premature Greying of Hair treatment using Vitamins

The vitamins considered useful in guarding against premature greying of hair are pantothenic acid, para-aminobenzoic acid (paba), inositol. The minimum daily requirement of these vitamins appears to be 10 mg of pantothenic acid, 100 mg of para-aminobenzoic acid, and 2 gm of inositol. To obtain satisfactory results, all three of these vitamins belonging to the B group should be supplied at one time, preferably in a form which supplies all the B vitamins, such as yeast and liver. The three anti-greying-hair vitamins can also be produced in the intestinal tract by bacteria. Thus,
taking a sufficient quantity of yoghurt daily and a tablespoonful of yeast before each meal is an excellent remedy for the prevention and treatment of premature greying of hair. If one wishes to take tablets of calcium pantothenate and para-aminobenzoic acid (paba), they should be taken in addition to the yeast and yoghurt, and not as a substitute for them.

* Juice of carrot, lettuce, capsicum and fresh alfalfa remove copper deficiency, this is good remedy for gray hair and hair loss.

THESE ARE HOME MADE REMEDIES FOR PREMATURE GRAYING OF HAIRS:
1.use 250gm lassi +10 gm gur or lemon juice apply it for 20 min.
2. half bowl curd+ 2 tablespoon "besan" mix it apply for 30 min .rinse wid home made shampoo. for shampoou try this, take 2tablespoon of methipowder,amla powder,ritha powder,shikaki powder make a thick paste in curd .Apply it for 40 min for 2 days in aweek. massage wid lukewarm oil in night.add half spoon of "dalchini powder" to oil. massage gently. Dnt use harsh chemicals on hair. take protein rich diet like soyabeans, pulses, eggs,green vegetables. drink 1 litre of water on 20 kg of weight means if u have 60 kg weight than drink 3 litre of water.do this for 2 months regularly .
