1- Avoid oily and fried food ex - Butter, ice cream,cold drink ,coffee ,spice etc. You should take balanced diet (Salad,juice,fruits,vegetable ,dry fruits,and you drink a lot of water).
2- You can use "Ratan's ayurvedic pimples touch " .
3- Rub Jaiphal in milk and apply on pimples and pigmentation marks. This gives glowing skin.
4- Add radish juice in curd and apply on face to get rid of pimples, acne and pigmentation marks.
5-Apply garlic paste on you pimples for 10 minutes and wash with simple water .
