u got to eat better, add some fat(oil, butter) in your diet as the hair get the nourishment last they suffer most, any cut in the food intake. so eat better and evolve an active lifestyle. eat , play, be happy. also apply coconut oil to hair roots liberally, cover with stem heated towel for 30 minutes and then shampoo as usual with a mild shampoo preferably with aloe vera content.
