it depends on budjet u plan........right now new system with latest configuration will get u around 16,000 in the market...processor: intel dual processorRAM:1 GBDVD R/W80 GBMONITOR :CRT IF U PLAN TO BUY LCD ...IT COSTS AROUND 21,000

its better if buy new one coz seconds may be good in starting but later it troubles u a lot one or the other way or it may not support new systems / software now or in future...
