My Motorola* cell has been water lodged.If any 1 know local phone repair shop then let me know near Yashwant pur or in B'lore. M* serv centr can't able 2 repair  

Once water enters the chip inside the phone & if phone is in on condition, then chip is damaged & cannot be repaired. Technically speaking, there would have been a multiple short circuits that has damaged the chip board insde the phone. And replacing chip is as expensive as buying a new phone.
