It mostly depends on your interest. Go by what you are passionate about. If you ask for my suggestion I would prefer MBA over MCA cz MCA limits your choices. You can do MBA with dual specilizations wherein u can keep IT as one of your specialization. That would give you scope to try out various fields, you can do Marketing and get into IT marketing which is doing well now or can do HR and get into any software firm as HR.
MBA does help in project management and many MCA's are also doing a module of Business management after few years of work experience. So, in my view go for MBA but if you are really passionate about programming and product development then MCA is the course. You cannot become a programmer or a software engineer if you do MBA for that MCA is a must.
