Just visit any court complex and you can find many Notaries there. One you can visit behind cauvery bhavan building near mysore bank circle or one nrupthunga Road, close to corporation circle. Just take your documents in original and get affidavit from them. They charge Rs. 30-40 for on page and more pages, the rate is around Rs. 70 - 100 - 150 depends on no. of pages. Just confirm with them how much the charges before get signed from them

hey go to taluk office, i mean u go to in front of avenue road, its near mysore bank head office. U will get stamp paper as well as notary there itself...just consult at collectorate office....The best place to prepare & duly signed by a notary would be at MAYO HALL COURT, where U can chose one from many who make it for U & they charge for the service render. you can make newer one by any oath commissioner , or by any lawyer....If you dont have any document so consult a lowyer he can make a affidevit for your age
