If your budget is Rs 1000/- per person, it will be total of Rs 9000/-. Invest in good Mutual Fund for baby .When he will be 18 years and the value of M.F. will be handsome amount (say Lakh of Rupees).This amount will be very helpful for him for study.

you can give him baby sitter ... or just visit some mall having special items for baby.. chooose according to your budget.... u will get many more options...
