Go to the one who is expert in the job . Never do it for yourself . You can even get it done by the doctor/surgeon....The best way is never do it for yourself . Go to the one who is expert in the job NEEDLE AND THREAD.YOU CAN HAVE A PAINKILLER FOR REDUCING PAIN....to minimize chances of infection go to a certified doctor who will sterilize the earlobe & then use gun like implement to pierc your ears
