you do not mentioned whether there is any bleeding occurs, trust homoeo medicine is best for piles. Aesculus-30, 2-3 drops with tea spoonful of water 4 times a day, continue 5-6 days, when it cures stop taking medicine, bio-chemic combination is also very helpful for piles buy Dr.Reckweg (Germany) medicine No:BC17 which defininitely help you, Please do not take any sour food, or food mixed with hing, raw onion for those days and also keep one hour gap before and after taking medicine. There are many good medicines for piles but the best treatment for piles is diet, changing your diet. Take less of oily food eat more vegetables stay away from non veg. take few plantains at night before going to bed. Stay on a diet of only buttermilk, that is stop hot food completely and take bland diet along with that try to take buttermilk as many time as possible.
