regular practice of yoga pranayaam and medicine can control the blood pressure within few days, and after two three month it eliminates permanently this problem.

now a days study have confirmed that salt has a little role in controling bpbut still doctors put pressure to control salt.it is very difficult to contol salt so you can use lona salt available at chemist or now a days available tata lite salt specially desined for bp patients. beside this go for walk in the morning or evening without putting exertion to you as exertion also increase bp.take a copper vessel and fill it with water in night and use next day instead of plain water.it will also help.don,t ingnore doctor advice.

Avoid excessive fats like fried food,ghee, oils, fish, yellow portion of egg.Secondly meditation like yoga, avoid stress, have a regular morning walk(45 min brisk walk) or an exercise

The most effective way control blood pressure is walking daily atleast for an hour.It makes heart to work faster so that more blood is pumped to different parts of the body and deposition along the vessels are slowly cleaned because of more blood supply,hence maintaining normal blood pressure.
