Piles, or Hemorrhoids, which are a condition of the anus which causes pain or itching can quickly be either completely eliminated or greatly reduced in discomfort by the following simple economical method. This condition is caused by the invasion of bacteria into the anal area after hard bowel movements, dried and cracking skin, or other factors which may have caused the exit skin area to be opened. This method works so much better and faster than the cures on the market which cost you many dollars that it is hard to believe. It is so common-sense simple that it is completely overlooked!
Most other "cures " THAT WORK use products which you buy at the store, and then they advise you to do what is shown here. The truth of the matter is, this method is all you will need.
Thoroughly wash your anus immediately after each and every bowel movement in the following manner; (a) If possible, use a clean wash cloth. If you are in a restroom which has soap and paper towels, they can be used also to good effect. (b) Moisten cloth, or paper towel, apply soap to cloth or towel and thoroughly clean outside of anus and areas above and below it for about 3 inches or more if needed. Cleaning outside the anus, especially above and below it will heal dry, cracked skin areas where bacteria has invaded!(c) Use a clean part of your cloth and apply soap, then insert it up in your anus as far as possible to clean inside. (d) Remove soap from areas of yourself both inside and out with a moistened cloth.
You can rinse your cloth out and rub it against itself to take away feces and other foreign matter which you have removed.
Always wash in the above manner before you go to bed, whether you had a bowel movement during your waking day or not.
Always wash in the above manner when you arise.
A method for forming a pile by driving a thin-walled pipe is disclosed. A closed-end thin-walled pipe is driven partially into the earth until firm bearing is reached. The partially driven pipe is partially filled with a concrete and the concrete is hardened. A mandrel is inserted into the partially-driven pipe to contact the hardened concrete, and the pipe is driven downwardly further by driving with the mandrel against the concrete until driving is complete. The completely-driven pipe is then cut off and further filled with concrete to the cut-off level. Excess pipe which has been cut off is used to make up further piles.
another method is :
If you have daily bowel movements that are solid but soft, and you don't need to strain, faeces will pass easily and will not put pressure on the blood vessels in your anal area.
To keep your bowel movements soft, you should:
1) eat plenty of fibre-rich foods such as fruit, vegetables and wholegrain cereals (eg brown rice, wholemeal bread and wholemeal pasta)
2) drink plenty of water
You shouldn't spend too much time on the toilet (reading, for example). Regular warm baths may relieve irritation and help to keep the area clean.
If you are still passing hard or infrequent faeces, you could try a fibre supplement such as ispaghula husk (eg Fybogel) or mild laxatives such as lactulose, which soften faeces. Don't use strong laxatives, such as the stimulant laxative senna, unless your doctor advises you to.
