Hi,
If it is Rheumatoid arthiritis, osteoarthiritis, ankolysi ng spondelytis or gout arthritis(all involving pain in joints) any physical activity including Yoga should done in moderation, under strict supervision of a Yoga specialist.A slight
ireegularities may increase the pain and even fasten the de-generation.those who already practice this Yoga or outdoor games including atheletics are always advised to stop/slow down(as a part of life
style modification).Physical activity though not restricted completely.Arthiritis commonly involves the damage or worning of smooth covering of bones. Thus,we get pain.In osteoarthiritis, for example ,is primarily caused in weight-bearing zones(e.g-knee)-even restricted walkingmay be advised.
