take candle wax and coconut oil and mix it with light heating, apply it on your heel when you go to bed and cover your heels with socks.
in the morning wash your fet with normal hot water
you will find amazing results within a week.

You need a moisturizer Beware and ensure that your misturizer sgould not contain Alcohol which can dry out your skin more in the long run. The best moisturizers contain:

Aloe Vera
Cocoa butter
Olive oil
Rose water
Although moisturizer is always good for your skin, the best time to apply moisturizer is right after showering.

Use crack creams available in the market
also ,wear slippers whole day even at home
Twice in a week,take some water(warm)in a bucket and put a few drops of liquid soap and put your foot in it for a few minutes and then wash .It will make your feet very soft and cleansing and apply some cream to keep it soft for whole day.
avoid being too much in water.
