Please do regular walking, yogasanas & apply Pure Aloevera lotion. The problem will be cured.

L3,L4,L5 and S1, if all the disc is involved and is prolapsed then its a bit serious condition. The permanant solution is the surgery called discectomy. Consult a neurosurgeon and follow his advice. Exercise and pain killers will help you temporarily.
