he is your small brother..
Remember, the one who loves, has the right to scold..
If u love your brother and u have been his side whenever he needs you,, you have the write to scold him and stop him from doing something that is truly wrong..
But if u have never cared for him, and then if u show him, that u are his elder brother and he should obey u, that would result in fights... and because he is younger than u, it is again your duty to end the fight..

Jhuk ne se koi insaan chotaa nahi hota.. aur jo maaf insaan kar deta hai, woh insaan bahut badaa hota hai..

So learn to forgive and stop the fights and all..
Come on yaar, he is your brother, you must love him..
And not fight with him..

well himmat try to understand each other ...set goals..and targets between each other...set a postive competttion between each other taht might help u ...concentrate on work more ...than fightings

if it is sweet fight then dont treat it,. it will help increse love between you. if he is elder then after every fight say sorry and if he is younger then after every fight hug him
