u r wrong in ur perception. it is upto u how u percieve the situation.

mother in laws are mothers too . only they are possessive about their child whom they have not shared with anibody till his marriage. donot expect her love or possessive ness will vanish all of a sudden after the marriage of the child.

Some of the mother in laws want to dominate the daughter in law , She wants to be heard and repected out of way. She was to dominate and want her to listen to her , ask her and do what she wants it.. Normally the daughter in law like to do independently which is not liked by them. There fore many feels mother in laws are devils. But all are not the same. I am not married so i cannot say anything but i know and heard from many about the mother in law attitude.

Please never say like this.There may be some devilish mom-in-laws as we generally see some devilish people here and there. But it does not mean that all are bad.There are mom-in-laws more better than own mother.
Why some mom-in-laws are like that,that they might have the same type of treatment from the very same family when she came as daghter -in-law after her marriage.That sour taste is there in her mind and she cashes it now.Only the thing,the more she becomes devilish the more you try to love her like own daughter,very patiently. You will see her mind changes gradually OK.

This is your wrong and partial conception that mothers-in-law are like devils only. All mothers-in-law are not like the ones you presume. There are so many mothers-in-law who love their daughters-in-law as their daughters.
Conversely, there are some daughters-in-law who think their mothers-in-law are backward, less qualified. They assume mothers-in-law do not know about modern culture, as they do. They ill-treat their mothers-in-law.
However, this in-laws’ relations can also be made in to sweet-relations provided both sides agree to develop in that way.
A mother-in-law should think that her daughter-in-law is also a girl like her daughter. She left a home to take a new home as her own. Likewise, a daughter-in-law also should accept her mother-in-law like her mother, she left at her earlier home.
