Well I always remember my mother when I am upset. Half of my sadness goes away when I try to remember my moms face. If I am upset for my mothers health, than I remember god. I don't believe in god a lot, yet I pray him in difficulty. I think when we are upset, we should share our sadness with others and this will half our sadness with each sharing. There is a great say that sharing of sadness halves our sorrows and sharing of joy doubles each time. So, better share your sadness with your close ones instead of getting upset by remembering someone.
