Giving Public speech is not an easy job,it requires a skill and one should have high confidence level to face high audience.You have to make a practice how to speak and then when you come before public dont think that you r talking to a high gathering,think that you r giving a speech in ur home,totally ignore the public and think of that if other can give speeches so why can't i.

Kabhi koi aur public speech de raha ho to beech mein agar koi question aaye to bolne ki aadat dalo dheere dheere saamne bolne ki bhi aadat pad jayegi. Jab bolne lago to ye jaan lo ki tum hi sabse inteligent ho(yani ki teacher) aur jo samne baithe hain wo tumhari class ke bachhe.

this is a practise you must do, think god has made u in this world to do certain things and he is making you give the speech and ur going to help him do it great and think the people sitting are also for you and not to gauge u, do your best and u need to meditate to learn how to control your mind

to be a leader is not an easy job. Better without knowing ur friends U speak to them as u r giving speech.remember to have knowledge on what subject u r speaking. very soon u will built ur courage to speak infront of general public. once u get success, u don't have to look back

This is a phobia and one can get rid of it by first speaking loudly in front of the mirror.This is because the fear is that you may speak wrong in front of public.So when you hear yourself you start feeling comfortable and are able to speak in front of a crowd as well.

what you should do is speak in front of the mirror, ask some of your friends to sit in front of you and speak in front of them.... or ask your family members to sit in front of you and then go ahead with your speech.... this will increase your confidence and will take away your stage fright

Dear Gayatri,
If only mirrors cud help. They don't. I know, coz I have done a lot of theatres and guess what, I almost pissed in my pants in my first stage appearance. U know what I did, I taught myself to think that everyone sitting in front of me is a Jack-Ass. They dont know anyting about acting, I am the best & infact, I am doing them a favor by appearing in front of them. It helped. Try it next time.

before any public speech practice in alone.speek in front of mirror, speek infront of your family members before the final day. it will boost your confidence... just belive in your self... say " I CAN DO IT"

i'll give you one tip on public speeking... while speeking never look in the eyes of your audience.. always look at their heads. it will look like you are having an eye contact with them.

this is normal problem face by so many people. try to make your speech in front of miror and also when you go for speech then just consntrate on your speech not up to public
