Culture and civilization are two sides of a coin. A nation or a society, even a sensible person cannot live without culture and without being civilized.
Culture means the sign of excellence in a person or in the society that arises from a concern for what is regarded as outstanding in arts, letters, manners, scholarly pursuits, etc. It speaks the behaviors and beliefs characteristic of a particular social, ethnic. It develops or improves in the mind people by education or training.
Civilization means an advanced state of human society, in which a high level of culture, science, industry, and government has been reached. It is any type of culture, society, etc., of a specific place, time, or group.
The culture is the activities of a person or societies and civilization is the manifestation of culture in multifarious ways.
