Sometimes we wrongly suspect servants,so deal this matter carefully so that it may not hurt her.You tell that you r not getting the ring ,tell her toso pl help u finding out.If still you r guessing she is the culprit from her behaviour and she has no interest finding out ,then tell that your friend knows a sadhu who can tell every thing and you r going to ask about the ring,after that she may react something or can keep the ring some where in your place so that you can find.But if still she is not reacting means she has not stolen.

you have every right to question the maid servant without her feeling bad about it.After all it is the matter of a gld ring.If you dont question now tomorrow something bigger can be stolen.And when we can question our own flesh and blood why not the servant.

you can tell her to help u out in searching... without making her suspicious,u can confidently say that i have kept it here and she should find it out. look at her body language and observe her activities.. she might get nervous or tremble if she has stolen it.

this is wiered but u can try it.......what u do is leave another ring carelessely where ur maid can find it like in ur room bed side or the loo.if she take this one ....u will be sure its her only....u can use a fake ring this time or make a 100 rupees note.......

What is the base of your suspicion? any particular reason? Otherwise ask her gently if such a mistake has happened from her side by assuring her not to loose her job if told the truth otherwise at a later date if it revealed someway that she is the culprit she will loose here job.

be careful of how you treat her, so that she will not be accused wrongly. i will also advise you to ask her very mwell and may be check her belongings without her consent. let try that, if it does not work then will use manother method to know if sh/he is the one.
