Gentle remind him for few days if u feel that he is not going to return then give him strong and hot warning. If he still not showing any signs of repaying it back then tell to his family and ask his family members to help you out. If nothing works then take away expensive thing in his home and forget about that friends who refuse to repay your money. It is always be a risky business to get back the money from such a friends. The situation with your friend is that he is not in a position to repay back if he is in a position he would have re-payed you very long back.

check out his situation, has he forgot to return money (its impossible) or he is still not in a position to return it, even after a year (then how is leading his life/not working?) then its quiet a possibility that he is leading a life on borrowed money, and u will have tough time recovering ur money. be strightforward.

Tell him/her that you need that money for some urgent reason may have to give someone your family member, and give sufficient time may be 10-15days....to know his/her wish of returning the money....your else.......you decide you need money or friend.....thanx tc

there are two ways first try to borrow amount from him thought not a full 50,000 but 5000 and next time 2000 and on . At a point he will refuse to lend and of course will ask it back. Use yourbrain now you can either remind him of your money or tell that you have adjusted the amount with the 50,000 borrowed. Another way is get a paper and read out news of people being murdered for not returning i mean not to threaten him but to remind him. Is He able to earn the amount and he able to pay the amount but he could not pay and waste the amount on drinks,Parties,mataka
then listen 1. rs50000 earn in your's work & techinque
2. in money transaction no relation because today life ,money gives friends,relation,home & needful other activities so you get the money as you wish

here first you will have tosee wheter he is in a position to return and if he is, then while talking to him you may hint that you are in need of money due to some urgency(whatever it is ) in your life. I always feel that in relations and friends lending money makes you lose money and friend both unless while giving you are very clear when you want it back or if doesnt mke any differnce to you if it is not returned.I dont find anything bad in being straightforwrd like asking him frankly that -now that you are in need of money,can he give it to him? if he is in a position to return and his intentions are honest, he will do it and instead of feeling bad he will always be thankful to you, but if the case is opposite like either he is not in a position to give--then there is nothing you or he can do,or if his intentions are not honest, then atleast now you know that he is not a friend.
