Crying is just a symbol of showing sorrow... its a way to express your sorrow and pain.. but it is not the 'only' way..some people go silent when they are in sorrow, some people go numb...and some do not at all express them, they keep behaving normally but this does not mean that they are not feeling the pain and the sorrow. So as u see, it is not at all necessary to cry when some one dies, and it is not at all necessary to even feel the pain...you may feel happy that the person has successfully played his inning here and is off to another journey....
Hugh Prather in 'Notes to Myself' says : 'My wife died last nite, and I am happy... I am happy that I spent so many beautiful moments with her' ... (this is the gyst, not the actual lines)
I hope you got ur answer my friend
